WHAT IS THIS?!!

Hi, sorry for my first post being so demanding, but I've been wondering for most my life what exactly we're LOOKING at in this frame of AH... it looks reptillian, what EXACTLY is this supposed to be in the foreground???

lol... i can see the pajamas, but what is that thing running down the top? It looks like a greenish spine (?)
I'm not trying to be dense, I have seriously wondered this for nearly a couple decades!

The "greenish spine" you noticed is a quilt/blanket fashioned in an odd position upon the body. And the "spine" part would be the edge/end of it.
